Hi,

I have been using Ooma for almost a year now.Everything was fine until I had power outages less than 3 minutes apart just a week ago. Then Ooma would not display my Caller ID(set to display by default),I received "Unknown number" on my cell phone.Star codes did not change the ID one way or the other. Called support,he did something on his end and it works if I dialed 11 digit to my cell phone,normally requires 7,then I enableded 10 digit calling,power cycle the core.Now I'm back to square 1: no caller ID. Called tech support next day,she had me reset the core again,still no ID.Ticket is open. Any ideas?

Follow up,
Don't know what Ooma did at their end but caller ID is working now.Thanks Ooma team,I'm a happy camper. :P
