Thanks for clearing that up and thanks for the good news that a new Hub+Scout will give me the same non-Premier TOS that I have now on my Hub+Scouts.

The only reason I found that I may want a Telo instead of a Hub is that inbound DTMF tones work on the Telo and I may require that functionality some day - but the loss of Caller-ID name and VM is too big a price to pay for that possibility.
