I am often receiving the message below(I think it is when I call cell phones that go to voice mail), and then I am disconnected.

"please enter your password
or if you've entered the wrong mailbox number please press star
sorry you are having trouble
good bye"

Disable the Ooma connection tone in my.ooma.com.

Well, it seems to work, but it is hard to tell. The preference online says disabled but that is not always the case. Sometimes it makes the sound and other times it doesn't. It seems the preference does not "take". Restarting seems to work, but is obviously not acceptable as being functional.

When, exactly, do you hear the sound?
