I seem to be having the same problem as a few other people. I started the porting process just about 3 weeks ago. I have a Ooma dial tone, but once i dial (a local number), i hear nothing for maybe 15 seconds then a fast busy signal. I looked in the forums for a solution, but couldn't fix on my own. Also when I try to call my home phone from work or my cell, it never rings. I have the same problem with my hub and the scout. Also, I have tried to unplug both units for 30 seconds... nothing.
another note, I hooked up my phone directly to the port and don't hear a "regular" dial tone either

Help please.
