i have a telo with premier service. i notice when i have a call on call waiting, the caller id doesnt work. in addition, when i try to click over using the flash button, i notice the line 2 on my telo goes red (in addition to the line im on) but i have a dial tone, no caller. then if i hit flash i still have no caller. the only way to get back to the first call is to hit line 1 on my telo box itself.

anyone else have these problems?

Our QA dept is testing the fix and the new firmware. It will be deployed very soon. Thanks for your patience.

in addition, often when i miss a call on the call waiting, i cant hang up the phone. rather i get fax like tones and have to reset the telo to get it working again. my wife is going to make me go back to att if this doesnt get resolved soon.
