calls are forwarded. However, if the call is not picked up (by the mobile phone) the voicemail of the mobile phone does not respond.
At the mobile phone, after each 4 rings the call is disconnected, and it rings again as a new call. The caller hears continued ringing (e.g. the caller hears about 12 rings, the mobile shows 3 missed calls - but no voicemail).

When the mobile phone is called directly, or when calls are forwarded from another service (Google Voice) - the voicemail of the mobile phone DOES answer.
Can this be fixed?
