cannot receive inbound call

i just ported my number and i call my number but i kept hearing that my number cant receive phone call right now.

is it normal or should i wait since my number is just ported???

help me ooma experts!

It can take a couple of hours for everything to work out. Did you get the email saying the port was complete? If you can wait, I'd wait until tomorrow to see if things get straightened out by then and then if problems persist then give support a call.

By the way check your call logs and see if you got a test call from ooma (I believe it will show up as PAC WST Telecom).
