Can't call cell phones, asks for password

Post by lefecious » Fri Jul 24, 2009 12:14 pm

Hello, I have a weird problem. When I call someone's land line it works fine, but when I call someone's cell phone it says "please enter your password" and doesn't put the call through.

It's not all cell phones. I can call my wife's no problem, but I have some friends that I can never call on ooma because the password thing happens.

This has been discussed on several other posts. I did a search and found quite a few threads. Maybe the solution lies in one of them. http://forums.ooma.com/search.php?keywo ... e+password

Let us know what your solution turns out to be.

Friends don't remember what Landline Integration was or why we did it.

Turn off the connection tone in the lounge.

Brilliant. I would not have thought of that.

I knew it was there somewhere in the previous threads. Thanks for sorting it out so quickly!
