We have been on Ooma for a week and make/receive regular calls to/from the UK and France. Our French caller is getting a recording in English that they need to have a PIN before the call can go through. These calls were from a basic France landline. When we originate the call from our Ooma number the calls go through fine.
How can we resolve this?

:D Since I have gotten this resolved I had better post the solution as well. I was able to resolve this through the customer service chat feature. It turns out the "anonymous caller" feature was enabled. Our caller from France came up against this issue. Once the feature was disabled the call came through fine. Not sure what is different about France but we have been able to receive calls from the UK with no problem. Anyway, the good news is it is fixed! Great service! Love Ooma so far!
