I use the older Ooma system before the Telo version.
Yesterday a friend of mine switched phone systems from Vonage to the new ATT wireless home phone system. It uses cell technology.
For some reason she can call my Ooma system but I can`t make a call to her. I just get an unending ring as if the phone is ringing, but no answering system picks up, and the call never gets through..
Does anyone have any idea why this would happen only with Ooma ? Other people are calling her and getting through..I`ve NEVER had any problems with Ooma and love the system..
