Keep getting calls from 010-0101 and just after that get a voice on Ooma saying I do not have the Do Not Disturb feature, & I should turn it off. I just power down Ooma and power back on a few minutes later, and message does not repeat itself any more.

Sounds like something/someone is press-holding the "envelope" button/icon on the Ooma.

These are outbound calls to the announcement server to say that the send-to-voicemail feature requires premier service. As lbmofo says maybe something was lying on top of the telo front panel triggering the envelope button press.

Ok I will keep an eye on anything touching the icons on the top of my Ooma.
