Connection Delay

I've been testing a new Telo for about three weeks. I've used it with a Vtech handset attached to the Telo's phone port and with an HD2 handset. I've used it connected directly to my router and wirelessly. I have a problem which seems to occur only with some numbers - when I call, they answer the phone, but I don't hear them initially. This leads to some confusion until we finally realize we're both on the line and can hear each other. It's not simply a delay - I never hear their initial "hello". Does anyone know what causes this and if I have a way around it?

Try *98 or *99 dialing prefix to call these problematic numbers. /viewtopic.php?t=14903

If they seem to fix the problem and problem continues when not using dialing prefix, give Ooma support a call.
