My wife is starting to work one day a week at home and when she does she forwards all her calls from her direct dial phone number at work to our home number. Well about half the time when she answers she gets dial tone and half the time it works. Basically she has to immediately call her insurance agents back when this happens.

Anyone here have this issue ever? Somehow I need to solve this issue.
