Dial *#*#001 (Speak the version of software) using one of your phones connected to your Ooma Telo, to hear the current version of software installed on your Ooma Telo. Audio comes out of the Ooma Telo's speaker.
A new firmware version, Ooma Telo firmware version 52474, viewtopic.php?f=10&t=13193 , is coming out over the next two weeks. See if you have this version, or still have an older firmware version. If you have the new version report your problem to Ooma Customer Support:

In either case remove power from your Ooma device for one hour and see if that clears up your problem.
Turned on the "DO NOT DISTURB" feature on
to fix notice the envelope symbol on the ooma device
that your phone is plugged into
Press and hold it (envelope symbol) for 3 seconds
that should fix the problem
