Hello,

I just switched to Ooma for my home phone and I am enjoying it very much. I’m curious why the voicemail doesn’t pick up the Caller ID. I use a service called YouMail http://www.youmail.com/ for my mobile voicemail. They pick up the callerID and it is present on my internet interface even if it does not exist in my contacts.

I'm not sure what you mean by "voicemail doesn’t pick up the Caller ID".
