it is inaccessible and all my messages are now going to the old service's archived section which will be lost if/when they fix this untested mess they dumped on us.

Verbatim reply from just received OOMA Customer Support in response to my gripes concerning the "upgrade" to VM 2.0:

"Thank you for contacting Ooma Customer Care.
We really apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently having some issues with the Ooma Voicemail and our team is currently actively working to fix the problem. Rest assured, any updates will be provided as soon as they become available. If you have additional information that can assist us in resolving your issue, you can respond to this e-mail."


Same old BS from OOMA.

Anytime OOMA experiences a system outage or server problem they are always "actively working to fix the problem".

I guess that's better than not working to fix the problem!
