Yesterday I was presented with the opportunity to upgrade to the new voicemail system. Not understanding what it was about and without the time available to peruse the FAQ I declined thinking I would complete the process in the upcoming days.

As I attempt this today I cannot successfully begin as when I click the provide link from within the FAQ to get started (https://my.ooma.com/vm_beta), I am greeted with the message that "The Page You Are Looking For Does Not Exist".

What is the link one should utilize to proceed with this process?

I am not from Ooma but try this URL: https://my.ooma.com/vm_upgrade

You should get the same screen as before where you have the option to upgrade now or upgrade later.

If you already migrated, you'll see:

Congratulations, you're using Ooma Voicemail 2.0!

Your only option presented would be "Go to your Inbox" button.

That link did the trick. Thanks.

It will be interesting to see what "new features and settings" might be made available as a result of this.
