Was up for about 24 hours and now in the red again. Unfortunately customer service doesn't come in for 3 1/2 more hours so I am sure we won't find out anything for a while.

The Core is down again!

I need ooma to stay alive for 5 more months so I hit the break even point, after that it's gravy.

C'mon ooma, you need better service for the east coast. It's bad enough that phone service doesn't start for another three hours+ but you should at least have someone posting an update. There are several pages of customer complaints but no ooma response.

Have only been registered for 6 days now. My earlier "extremely favorable" impression is in danger of eroding.
