When I call my mother in law that has a hub, I get the message, the person you have dialed can't take your call now. Please leave a message. I know that they don't have any premier options so they can't have the do not disturb feature. I need to let them know what to do. It was working last night! Would a re-boot of the hub make a difference.

That is what you would get if the hub was offline without Premier service.

The first thing to try is always do a reboot, (remove power, wait, then repower).
Power off the Ooma device for fifteen minutes. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reload your Ooma profile. Then repower the Ooma device and test.
