My Ooma is working great for all outgoing calls. It works great for all incoming calls except that some people who call get a message that "This number is in service, please try your call again." This happens only to current Qwest customers in my city as far as I can determine. I ported from Qwest and have had multiple phone conversations with them and with Ooma support but still haven't been able to fix it. Anyone else experienced or overcome this problem?

Have one of the Quest customers that can't call you call Quest and report that they can't reach a known working number.
Quest is more likely to help a current customer than a former customer.

It was a Qwest problem. They did not totally clear the number from their system. Everything works great now.
