I'm new to Ooma, on trial with Telo. I have a couple of newbie questions.
When I make test calls to my cell phone, I was expecting to see the primary number to show up. But the second number associated with my account shows up, and no caller-id. How can this be corrected? Thanks.

Cell phones do not tell you the caller name unless you have the number added to your cell phone address book.

The first number showing up should be your default outgoing callerid.

Clicking on the number would show you what to pre-dial when dialing out to force that number for your outgoing callerid.

Example: your main number **0 your 2ndary number **1
