Just in the last few days, I noticed if I playback a message and hit the Trash button to delete it, the Ooma telo line 1 remains lit and occupied until I hit the STOP or pick up a handset and hang up. Anyone else have this issue? Is there somewhere to log a bug???

You could reserve a static IP address in your router for the Ooma device.

Than place your Ooma's static IP address in the router's DMZ, and try/test it.

If that doesn't work call Ooma Customer Support.

It has nothing to do with listening to or deleting messages. When I finish checking voicemail my Telo doesn't release
the line (line 1 remains "off hook"). Until recently, when I was finished listening to messages my Telo would release the
line within a couple seconds.
