It is basically unusable now. There is no dial-tone. And when someone calls, I hear the phone ring, and goes to pick up, but there is nothing there. And 2 minutes later, I notice the voicemail. I press play, and I hear the VM.

No caller-id comes across. I have rebooted Ooma multiple times. I have the Blue light, and all the other indicators show proper operation.

(I will try rebooting my modem this evening to see if that clears it up)

Anyone else experienced this?

Yes, try powering off all devices & power up in sequence.

For example: with Modem>Router>Ooma config:

1. power modem & allow time for it to come online
2. power router & allow time for it to come online\
3. power hub last & allow extra time

Sanity checks:
Is it a cordless phone - battery low by chance
Have a corded phone to try
