Anyone else having VM problems?

When I call in from my cell phone I go into VM and leave a message but the dashboard or VM indicators all show no messages.

Any ideas?

Any chance that you are ending that call by pressing an asterisk (*)?
That would end the call and delete the message that you just left.

Hello,

Already tried powering off the telo for a couple of minutes & powering back up?
Also, any firewalls/security enabled?
