I've been using Ooma (Telo & Telo Handset) now for about 6 months and in general it's been working very well.

Recently something's changed and now my Ooma is essentially unusable:
- Incoming calls will have one continuous ring, not the typical ring-ring-ring. CID is displayed normally.
- Upon picking up the incoming call there is no audio and the call is dropped
- When making a call, there is no Ooma dial tone
- When outgoing call is made the audio is garbled -- lots of echo, slooow speech, etc. Essentially unusable.

I've tried power-cyling everything (cable modem, WiFi router, Ooma box, Ooma handset) to no avail

I've read these forums and changed the QOS to 0 and 0. No joy.

Speedtest reports 20MB down and 2MB up.

Any ideas?
