I have been very happy with Ooma since we received the hub nearly 1 year ago.

However, since Tuesday, all calls placed with Ooma from my home in Houston have experienced quality issues where we cannot hear the person on the other end for 5-20 seconds (they can hear us). The problem has become more frequent each day where tonight's calls experienced several outages on a 5 minute call.

This occurs with calls to/from At&t cellphones, Verizon cellphones and even another Ooma customer in the area.

The phone prefix is 281-225-xxxx and Internet provider is Entouch. The other Ooma customer has the same prefix and has observed the same issues since Tuesday.

I thought it may have been an Internet issue, but calls made using Gmail's new calling feature did not experience issues over 20 minutes of talking, where Ooma occurs every time within just a few minutes.

I ran the voip quality test as referenced in other threads:
