Tech support said that really sounded strange but later said its an 'outage' but could not give me even a ball park figure as to when this will be fixed. A day? A week? with no incoming calls.
Also still have no caller ID on call waiting calls which is extremely aggravating. Reading forums shows this has been a problem for nearly a year. Had I known that my call waiting was practially useless I would not have bought Ooma. I asked the tech if I bought another phone (I have Panasonic) would that solve the problem, but he said no.
I just got a call from someone in California who uses Comcast Digital Voice. But, when I tried to call my Ooma number from my Verizon Wireless cellphone I get the recording that the circuits are busy and the call never goes through.
