Same problem here in Denver...It is now 1:17. Still updating or is this a more serious problem?

Exact same problem in Mississippi
Tech support said that really sounded strange but later said its an 'outage' but could not give me even a ball park figure as to when this will be fixed. A day? A week? with no incoming calls.

Also still have no caller ID on call waiting calls which is extremely aggravating. Reading forums shows this has been a problem for nearly a year. Had I known that my call waiting was practially useless I would not have bought Ooma. I asked the tech if I bought another phone (I have Panasonic) would that solve the problem, but he said no.

I'm having the same problem with the fast busy tone. Waiting for some update on this issue.

It's weird but, I am receiving calls from some callers but, not others.

I just got a call from someone in California who uses Comcast Digital Voice. But, when I tried to call my Ooma number from my Verizon Wireless cellphone I get the recording that the circuits are busy and the call never goes through.
