calls dropped

Post by peaseedoctor » Wed Jul 21, 2010 10:14 am

When talking on the phone, the calls will just drop. The call quality also sounds like it is under water. I am new to the forum, so any help will be appreciated. I have the OOMA plugged directly into my Verizon Fios router. Are there any settings that can be tweaked to help improve the call quality and stop the dropped calls?

Can't see any issues with your result. Have you done the "use built in MAC address?" viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8045&p=56776
