Overall my ooma quality has been good. I have excellent speeds on my line.

There's one specific friend I call on my Ooma and I hear an echo with my voice. I only hear the echo when I call them. They are on a cell phone. Calls before and after this person do not produce an echo. Only this one person. If I don't call them via Ooma I don't hear the echo.

Tech support was not helpful.

Any ideas?

Are they using the speakerphone on their cell phone?
If they are, ask them to turn it off to see if that improves the call.
