I am experiencing distortion when using my Ooma. It occurs when both parties speak simultaneously. Makes voices sound like they're speaking through wax paper on combs. Kazoo-like.

My bandwidth is ridiculously high 16,000 kbps down / 6,000 kbps up
I have adjusted QOS to a number of different settings (did not help)
I am using a cordless phone system (one connected to Hub and other two phones are non-jack type.)
Occurs between both 269 to 317 area codes and 269 to 269 area codes
I do not have landline service
I have a Scout attached to another phone (not part of hub's cordless system)

Does this sound like an internal (my house) or external (Ooma systems elsewhere) problem?

Are there other devices around that could interfere with the cordless phone system? For example, are the phones on 2.4 GHz, sharing the same physical space with a 2.4GHz wireless LAN? There are many possibilities.
