I'm having a problem with jitter. I've run speed test and VoIP tests and it's been high at 31 ms causing me not to be heard by the people I call, my voice drops in and out. I've tried reconfiguring ooma's QoS and that hasn't worked.

I've spoken with ooma support a few times and haven't been able to get the problem solved. I've also spoke with Time Warner and they did not seem to understand what jitter is. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I need to tell TW Cable to get the problem fixed or what I should do in general?

90 % of the time jitter and QOS metrics are fine, but every now and then I get blips of bad jitter and/or QOS metrics. Is this something I should follow up with Time Warner on?
