Running Telo.

Today - middle of conversation - Ooma tone - call dropped - thought it was cell tha I was talking to - I dialed them.
I called back seemed OK.

Talking later - it was an inbound call from a landline. Also dropped. I called them back. Then the party said every other word was dropping. I hung up and dialed them back and we finished the call without any more issues.

Using Ooma about 2 months now - today was a really bad day connection/quality-wise. :(

Thoughts? Ideas?

It also could be your internet service provider. I know that at times my internet provider, Comcast, goes down. One other thing is to check your modem. I recently got my modem replaced because it was lagging and I was not getting the speeds I was paying for.
