Brand New Customer- Wife says call quality "sucks"

Post by mdevine » Thu Oct 15, 2009 5:19 pm

Here are setup details.

We have Ooma Teleo.
Cable Modem. Roadrunner MAX.
Landline plugged into wall jack.
Cable Modem into Teleo into Home WLAN router

Issues are dropped calls and long delay.

Any ideas on what I should change on the setup?

Thanks
