A lot of us use this test to help with Internet connection quality tests: http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/speed_test/ppspeed.html
Here's another one, http://pingtest.net
. Not as much information as whichvoip.com, but you can pick your server location which helps to determine if problems are nearby or far away.

Nice looking test, BUT it doesn't simulate VOIP traffic so it's results may not apply. VOIP traffic uses specific packet header information not present in normal traffic (which is what this tool uses), this can make the results misleading for VOIP traffic. Suggest staying with the websites that use the visualware VOIP application, or another VOIP simulation tester.
Pretty test though - prolly OK for game line testing.
