Hello guys,

I have a problem with ooma system involving incoming calls. Basically, if I pick up a phone call from my Ooma Hub, and my dad in the living room wants to join the conversation and pick up the phone connect to the Ooma Scout, he won't hear anything. It is like we have two separate phone lines for the ooma system. If I pick up my calls from either the Ooma Hub or Scout, the other won't get any signals coming through. Please let me know if I need to change any settings to make it work correctly.

Press the line button (probably 1) on the Scout that your call is on. He is getting the instant second line on physical line 2. He may be able to also push the flash button on the phone he is using.
