My DSL is 1.5Mb down/256kb up and it work fine for me. I have the hub behind the router, which handles QoS. I'd like you to try to put it behind the router to see if it helps.

It's essential that you change the MODEM port MAC to use its build in MAC address when moving the hub to behind the router.

I put the appropriate number in the download speed in the QOS and rebooted my Cable Modem. This unfortuntley has done nothing about the degradation of internet download speed when I am using Ooma. When not connected to Ooma, I average 20 mg down, When connected I average just above 2mg. this is a real problem for me. Any other suggestions?
