Static in calls.. Verizon Fios

I would be interested in the specifics of the QOS settings you're using on the FiOs/Actiontec router. I have the same setup, and, especially with Netflix streaming going over the same connection, I want to preemptively get it set up. The last thing I need is for my so far very tolerant spouse to have a choppy call because I'm watching some inappropriate YouTubery or some such thing.

Did you set it up for SIP traffic only, or for all traffic? For what ports? Are you using a dynamic address? If so, did you do it by mac, hostname, something else?

If you could post a quick set of guidelines, I'd really appreciate it!
