Overall we are very happy with Ooma. We seem to have one problem. We have dropped calls to only one number. This happens if we initiate the call or if the other people do. They have phone service through their cable company and the other numbers we call frequently have landline phones. Is this a problem with numbers through a cable company? Thanks!

You can call customer service and have them investigate (need date, time of call and number of recent example).
