I have this problem also. When I only had the DECT wireless phones connected, we seemed to have the problem. When I use the HD2 with the DECT phones, it does not happen with the HD2, but happens all the time with the DECT wireless phone.

So I have gotten into the habit of just not grabbing the phone and saying "hello" right away. Problem solved.

Had the same issue years ago with Vonage. Did not have DECT phones back then so maybe it is any wireless phone.

Did you get the phone? Have you had a chance to test?

Thanks for your help, I look forward to your results. However I am hesitant to rely on them if the hardware version/firmware of the phone is different.... probably three years between manufacture dates.

Anyway, it will be interesting.
