What is Qos . What Dose it do. How to change it.
What is Mac Address. Know how to change. But Why.

Quality of Service.


You can use Ooma to control it (give Ooma phone calls priority) by putting Ooma before anything else on your network (right after the modem but before the router).

Or you can provision QoS on your router giving your Ooma priority (if Ooma is connected to your router); you can do this by MAC address of Ooma's modem port (or IP address or router port number). MAC address of Ooma's modem port is 1 higher than what's printed on the bottom of Ooma.
