Just purchased my Ooma yesterday and set it up last night. Set-up couldn't be easier. Call quality is great!

The only thing I regret is that I purchased it at a local BestBuy yesterday, and today I noticed online that I could have purchased it at Costco for the same $199, but at Costco I would also have received the wireless adapter for the same price I paid at BestBuy w/o adapter. Now, I don't know if I want to hassle with returning it to BestBuy and setting up a new unit purchased from Costco...

Just remember, if you do return the unit, do not set it up like you did the original. Call ooma support and have them change your original account over to the new unit.
FYI, the wireless adapter is totally worth it!
