neither setup nor http://172.27.35.1 work for me - I've been trying off and on for the last three months.

I cannot make or receive calls for more than 5-10 seconds, so I only use Ooma for the caller id feature, and then I call back the person who called me, from my cell. Not great!

I cannot copy/paste the speedtest results here, it won't let me do that either, grrrr. It just won't copy! :?

Connect a computer to the Home port of the Ooma box using a LAN cable.
If the computer is a laptop with built-in wireless, turn the wireless off.
The computer must be configured to get it's IP address via DHCP, which is the default.

Access Ooma Setup by temporarily connecting a network cable from the Ooma device Home port, to the wired LAN port of a computer. Temporarily turn off Wi-Fi in the computer, if Wi-Fi is turned on in the computer. Reboot the computer. Type http://172.27.35.1 in the computer browser window. The Ooma Setup pages opens.
If the Ooma Setup pages don't open, , try another web browser like Firefox, or temporaily turn off Internet and virus security in your computer.
