I've been spending my morning reading through call quality issues that people have had and that I'm recently experiencing. There are many helpful solutions in regards to accessing the ooma "advanced" settings, but I can't seem to find out how to access my ooma device via a web browser. I have an integrated modem/router so the ooma sits behind that. Also for my job I had to change my network to 192.168.1.* so logically it would seem that the ooma would be assigned a 192.168.1.* address, but I can't seem to access it all. Any help getting into my ooma's advanced settings would be much appreciated.

Connect a non-wireless computer (disable the wireless) to the Home port of the Ooma box.

connect to

http://setup.ooma.com (will not work if you use OpenDNS)

or

http://172.27.35.1
