Did you reset the ooma to it's default settings? Try a hard restart.

You shouldn't have to do anything, if so, there is more here than can be assumed.

My caller-id has always worked and is behind the modem.

Here is a weird thing. The Caller-ID is now working after 2 days of changing to the above mentioned setup. I had given up on the Caller-ID and it suddenly started working. Not sure what the problem was. I did not make any changes.

I have the same issue after changing my setup.

But mine is from,

Caller ID been acting up and on my call log are just plain blank. I have a WRT54G-TM router, flashed with DD-WRT.
