I am experiencing several problems. The one that concerns me the most is that I'm not getting all my calls. Today my call log says I missed 7 calls but I was home all day. Four of them left messages on the hub. In between the missed calls I did receive other calls that rang through and I answered. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Also have had dropped calls and stuttering that only I can hear sometimes. And the past couple of weeks it seems to take a long time after I dial a number before it starts to ring.
We were considering upgrading to the premier service but now with all the missed calls I'm not sure Ooma is for me.
