Hello,

It's fixed, but not rolled out to production yet. Sorry, not eta, but will keep you posted.

I am still having the problem also. It happens almost daily.

It looks bug 10130 hasn't been deployed to the field yet - I'm not sure when it'll deployed as the current server release is dependent on several other bug fixes. We do have a temporary workaround which is to use the high-bandwidth codec. Customer support can set this parameter for you.

The downside of using the high bandwidth codec is:
- It takes up 3x the bandwidth (~90 Kbps) as the standard codec (~30 Kbps)
- PureVoice packet redundancy is disabled

The "gunshot" fix for hubs is on the server side. These are being upgraded 1 or 2 a day.

Received the latest firmware upgrade! Thanks Ooma. Now I hear random DTMF type sounds during all calls. Seems we go from one problem to another. Any ideas about a fix? :(

I have Ooma Telo behind router on Comcast cable. Using DECT 6.0 phone plugged into Telo.

I've noticed that since the Ooma Telo 45073 fimware upgrade, the DTMF tones are back, with the filter installed or removed.

I've always wondered: is there such a thing as a gunshot-like noise that isn't very short?
