Hi - lately our phone will ring once and then hang up, ring again and then hang up. Eventually it will ring several times to where we can answer the phone. This happens about every 8th to 9th call.

ALSO - The caller often complains that they hung on waiting fo someone to pick up (10 rings on their end) and it only rang once or twice on ours.

What kind of phone is it? What is it's REN number (It's on the phone's label)?

Those are fine. What I thought the problem might be is not the case.

Are the phones connected to the hub or are you feeding the hub's phone port into your house wiring?

Mine has been doing the same thing for a few weeks now. Kind of irritating. My wife is getting tired of all the kinks in the system.

I would call ooma customer support. If you're having an issue with ooma it can't be fixed unless THEY know about it.

Then post your results here for others.
