In last 20 minutes, I got an incoming call that was dropped on callers end in 5 min or so.

Then she called back and it was dropped on my end in 5 min or so (I could still here her).

At that point I tried dialing numbers--including ooma customer support--and while I got an ooma dial tone, I couldn't get a connection, it would just hang there with "dead air" while I tried to call the number.

I've had ooma installed and working without incident for many months.

Anyone having a similar problem today? Any suggestions?

I've been having the same damn problem along with the one ring and then straight to voicemail. AND NOT A SINGLE PEEP FROM OOMA!!! I've been a loyal Premier customer for almost two years and my neighbors now have ooMa thanks to me! I'm afraid to go outside!!!

Have you tried restarting your Cable/DSL Modem and Ooma device? It won't fix the problem if it is something on Ooma's end, but it is worth a shot.
