Installed my new ooma Telo and handset last night. Everything with the ooma seems to be working (except faxes--but I'll figure it out later).

the telo handset works great--except the red "hang up" button seems to be dead. The button doesn't make any sound when I press it--unlike all the other buttons. I assume I have a defective handset--but wanted to confirm before I returned it. Any ideas? Other than the button, the handset works, makes calls (can't hang them up though).
