New Ooma failed to power on - Can I keep telephone #?

Sadly, the new Ooma I bought yesterday would not power on. At first I thought I had done something wrong but when I installed it in place of an existing and highly functional Ooma it still would not power on. How can I keep the telephone number I selected for the failed unit?

Hello,

Just give us a call when you activate/register your replacement & we can move the number over.

Note: activate/register the replacement with a new number.
